Try the FAQ first

The support page carries a searchable FAQ and a contact form that writes the message for you, pre-filled with the details support usually has to ask for. It answers most questions about transcription, recording limits, billing, privacy, and the WhatsApp bot without waiting for a reply.

What to include

A first message with these four things in it usually gets an answer instead of a question:

  • Which device and OS version you were on — iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The approximate time of the recording that went wrong, so it can be traced.
  • Whether you are on Free, Pro, or Pro Plus, and the email on the account.
