Sound familiar?
Taking notes while building rapport
You're trying to connect with a prospect, but you keep glancing at your notepad. The best salespeople listen — let Memoth handle the rest.
Losing track of promises across conversations
After five calls in a day, which prospect needed the case study? Who wanted a follow-up next Tuesday? It all blurs together.
Enterprise tools that cost $20+/seat
Most AI note-takers require CRM integrations, team onboarding, and per-seat pricing. You just need something that works right now.
How Memoth helps
Record
Start your call on any device. On Mac, Memoth auto-detects Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Webex — no bot joins the meeting.
Review
The moment you hang up, get an AI summary with key points and speaker identification so you know exactly who said what.
Follow up
Action items with due dates land in Apple Reminders. Reference exact quotes from the transcript when sending follow-up emails.
More than a transcript
Speaker identification
Know who said what in every conversation. Reference exact quotes from prospects and clients in your follow-up emails.
No bot in the meeting
Clients never see "Memoth is joining" or "Recording has started." Mac records locally by detecting your call app — completely invisible.
Action items with due dates
AI extracts every follow-up, commitment, and next step from your call and syncs them to Apple Reminders automatically.
WhatsApp voice notes
Had a quick call on your phone? Send the voice message to the Memoth WhatsApp bot and get it transcribed with action items instantly.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sync action items to my CRM?
Not directly — Memoth does not integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot today. What it does is extract every commitment and next step as an action item with a due date, sync those to Apple Reminders on paid plans, and let you export the summary as text you can paste into the opportunity record.
Does it record both sides of a phone call?
On Mac it does: Memoth captures the call audio from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or Webex, so both sides are transcribed and speaker-labeled. On iPhone, iOS blocks apps from tapping the cellular call itself, so use speakerphone and record the room, or forward a WhatsApp voice message to the Memoth bot.
Will the prospect see a bot join the meeting?
No. There is no notetaker bot in the participant list and no "recording has started" announcement from Memoth — the Mac records the audio locally. That keeps the call feeling like a conversation rather than a deposition, and leaves the disclosure decision, and the legal responsibility for it, with you.
How soon after hanging up do I get the summary?
Processing starts the moment you stop recording. For a typical thirty-minute call the transcript arrives first, then the summary, key points, and action items follow — usually within a couple of minutes, depending on call length and your connection. You can leave the app and the results are there when you come back.
Can I quote a prospect accurately in my follow-up?
Yes. The transcript is speaker-labeled, so you know whether the budget objection came from the champion or the finance lead, and it is fully searchable by phrase. The original audio is kept alongside, so you can replay the exact line before you put it in writing to their team.
