Sound familiar?
Clients expect you to remember everything
They mentioned a preference three meetings ago. They expect you to know. You're only human — but with Memoth, you have a perfect record of every conversation.
Writing recaps takes 15+ minutes per call
After every client meeting you sit down to write a summary email. It takes longer than the meeting itself. That time adds up fast.
Meeting tools built for internal teams
Most note-taking apps assume everyone is on the same Slack. They don't fit client-facing work where professionalism and discretion matter.

Frequently asked questions
Can I record an in-person client meeting without putting my phone on the table?
Yes. Start the recording from your Apple Watch and leave the phone in your bag — a tap on your wrist is far less disruptive than placing a handset between you and the client. The recording syncs through iCloud, so the transcript and summary are on your Mac when you get back.
Can I send the client the notes afterwards?
Yes. The summary, transcript, and action items can be exported as text or shared, so you can turn a meeting into a recap email in a couple of minutes. Most people send the summary and the agreed action items and keep the full transcript for their own records.
What if my client speaks another language?
Memoth transcribes a wide range of languages, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, and Japanese. You can translate a meeting afterwards while keeping the original transcript intact, so you can work in your language and still send the client a record in theirs without losing the exact wording.
Does anything in the meeting tell my client I'm recording?
No. Memoth does not add a bot to Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or Webex, and there is no automated announcement — on Mac the audio is captured locally. Because nothing discloses it for you, telling the client and getting their agreement at the start of the meeting is your responsibility.
Where is the client audio stored?
Your library syncs through your own iCloud account rather than a shared vendor database. Transcription runs in the cloud, so the audio is uploaded to produce the transcript and summary, then held as an encrypted backup for 30 days so a lost recording can be restored, and deleted automatically after that. Deleting a recording removes it from your library and iCloud sync and erases that backup straight away, which helps when a client contract requires it.
