Run your business.Let Memoth take the notes.
You wear every hat. Memoth handles the one you keep dropping — capturing what matters from every call, meeting, and voice note so you can stay present and follow through.
Sound familiar?
Scribbling notes while trying to stay present
You're on a client call trying to listen, respond, and jot things down at the same time. Something always gets missed.
Forgetting action items after back-to-back meetings
By the time you finish your third call of the day, the follow-ups from the first one are already gone.
Per-seat pricing designed for teams
Enterprise note-taking tools charge $20+/seat and assume you have a whole team. You just need one reliable tool for yourself.
How Memoth helps
Record
Tap record on iPhone, Mac, or Apple Watch. On Mac, Memoth auto-detects Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and FaceTime calls — no setup needed.
Review
Get a full transcript, AI-generated summary, and extracted action items within seconds of finishing your call.
Act
Action items with due dates sync straight to Apple Reminders so nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
More than a transcript
Record anywhere
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, or WhatsApp — capture voice notes and meetings from whatever device is closest.
No meeting bots
Mac auto-detects your calls and records locally. No bot joins the meeting, no awkward "Memoth is recording" notification for your clients.
Action items with due dates
AI extracts follow-ups from your conversation and syncs them to Apple Reminders with due dates so you actually do them.
Your library stays yours
Recordings, transcripts, and summaries sync through your own iCloud account, not a vendor database. Audio is uploaded to transcribe, then held as an encrypted 30-day backup so a lost client call can be recovered. Delete the recording and the backup goes with it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Memoth join my client calls as a bot?
No, and that is deliberate. On Mac, Memoth detects when you are on a Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, or FaceTime call and records the audio locally. Your client never sees a bot join or a "recording has started" banner — which means you control how and when you disclose it.
Can I keep recordings for different clients separate?
Every recording is its own entry with a title, summary, and action items, and the whole library is searchable across all of them. So you can pull up one project's last three calls, or search a client's name and see every conversation where a scope change or a deadline was actually agreed.
Do action items land in my task manager?
Memoth extracts follow-ups from the call as action items with due dates and the context around each one. On paid plans they sync directly into Apple Reminders, so the deliverables you promised on a Tuesday call show up in the same list as the rest of your week rather than in a separate tool.
What about calls I take on my phone or over WhatsApp?
Record straight on iPhone or iPad for in-person meetings and speakerphone calls, or tap your Apple Watch when you are on site without a free hand. For WhatsApp, forward a voice message to the Memoth bot and it comes back transcribed with a summary and action items.
Is my client audio sitting on Memoth's servers?
Briefly, yes — transcription runs in the cloud. Your library syncs through your own iCloud account rather than a vendor database, but the audio is uploaded to produce your transcript and summary, then held as an encrypted backup for 30 days so a lost recording can be restored, and deleted automatically after that. Deleting a recording removes it from your library and your iCloud sync and erases that backup straight away — useful when a contract requires it.
