Sound familiar?

Typing interrupts the thought

Some ideas arrive faster than you can write. Speaking keeps the momentum while Memoth preserves the record.

Voice memos become a pile

A folder full of untitled audio is hard to revisit. Memoth gives every reflection structure.

Patterns are easy to miss

Searchable transcripts and summaries help you notice recurring themes, decisions, and commitments.

How Memoth helps

1

Record a reflection

Speak into your phone, Mac, Watch, or WhatsApp whenever you want to capture a thought.

2

Memoth structures it

Your voice journal becomes a transcript, summary, highlights, categories, and action items.

3

Return when it matters

Search by topic, review recurring ideas, or turn a reflection into a concrete next step.

More than a transcript

Searchable voice journal

Find thoughts by phrase, person, topic, or project instead of scrolling through audio files.

Summaries for each entry

A short recap makes it easier to revisit old reflections without replaying everything.

Action items from ideas

When a reflection becomes a task, Memoth can pull it into your action-item list.

Capture anywhere

Use iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, or WhatsApp to record when the thought is fresh.

Frequently asked questions

How short or long can a single journal entry be?

Anything from a twenty-second thought to a forty-minute reflection. Short entries still get a transcript and a summary, so a quick idea captured at a traffic light ends up as searchable text rather than an audio file you never replay. Monthly recording hours depend on your plan.

Can I journal from my Apple Watch while I'm out walking?

Yes. Apple Watch recording is built for exactly this — tap your wrist, speak, and keep walking without pulling out your phone. The recording syncs to your iPhone and Mac through iCloud, so the transcript and summary are waiting for you on a bigger screen later.

Will Memoth make sense of a rambling entry?

That is the point of it. Memoth transcribes what you said, then writes a short summary, pulls out highlights, groups the entry by topic, and lifts out anything that reads like a task. A messy ten-minute vent becomes a paragraph you can actually revisit weeks later.

Can I search old entries for a recurring theme?

Yes. Every entry is stored as full searchable text, so you can look up a person, a project, a feeling, or a phrase and see every time it came up. That is the difference between a folder of voice memos and a journal you actually read back.

Is my voice journal private?

Your entries sync through your personal iCloud account, tied to your Apple ID, instead of living in a vendor's database. Transcription runs in the cloud, so the audio is uploaded to create the transcript and summary, then kept as an encrypted backup for 30 days — that is what lets you recover a journal entry lost from your phone — and deleted automatically after that. Deleting an entry removes it from your library and iCloud sync, and erases that backup straight away.
